Bar Hill News - September 2025 Issue 672

The September 2025 issue of the Bar Hill News has been released. Here is a brief summary of this month's stories; Saxon Park Skatepark, p.3: Tender document approved by Parish Council; fundraising begins for a geotechnical survey as the first step towards building the skatepark. Community Hub, p.5: Weekly Monday sessions at The Octagon with coffee stop, foodbank, carers café, health & wellbeing, parish councillor drop-ins, and new activities like Hope Active Kurling. Odd one to finish the day on. Three Billy Connolly Cassette Covers; I picked these up at a car boot - about 10p each! I've always been a fan, but this pre-dates anything I've heard before. Repton - Superior Software (Blue Ribbon) - BBC+Electron - Cassette

This is the cassette insert/instructions for the BBC/Electron classic game Repton by Superior Software. Initially released in 1985, this is from the Superior/ Blue Ribbon budget label re-release in November 1988. The images/PDFs are available on the Internet Archive here .

Hoverspeed's "StreamLine" magazine covering 1983 and 1984

 This is a scan of the "Stream Line" magazine from 1983. Two versions are included in the scan; the first has a single image per page, while the second has two pages per image.  This is available here (via the Internet Archive)
